This beautifully crafted backyard studio provides an abundance of amenities for your comfort and convenience. Enjoy the queen size Helix Luxe mattress accompanied by four pillows - two soft, two stiff - with extra linens available to ensure you have a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is full size and features a rain showerhead, plenty of towels and comfy robes. Cooking is made easy in the kitchenette which includes a breakfast area/desk for working with two stools. If there are any rainy days or you just want to relax indoors, enjoy the Smart TV with accompanying games and books. There is also fast Star Link internet so you can stay connected to work or family while away from home. HOUSE RULES: Our number one goal is to make your stay as comfortable and peaceful as possible. In order to accomplish this, I simply ask that all guests follow these house rules and confirm that you understand WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR STAY. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, my guest, will have the option to cancel the booking penalty free. Thank you in advance and I truly appreciate your cooperation! - If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call/text me! - Quiet hours are between 8PM – 8AM. - No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. - PARKING: shaded parking is provided and is suitable for sedans or smaller SUVs. You are also welcome to park on the street. - Feel free to adjust the climate and lighting to your preference. But please TURN OFF all lights and appliances when not in use. - You are welcome to use the fridge and pantry to store any food or other consumables. Please throw away any perishable items before the end of your stay. - If you wear spray tan, please bring your own linens as any linen stained may incur additional charges. - Please do not rearrange my furniture. - If you would like to host an event, please speak with me about it first. - If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. - Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also my home. Please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. -Dogs: If your furry friend is visiting with you, please clean up after them and keep them off the furniture, additional fee of $100 may be charged if not followed. -Please only flush toilet paper. Enjoyed my stay in Abilene at Colt’s place! Love the outdoor area to relax after work with my golden retriever. Very close to the ymca/park. Very affordable for a monthly long stay.

Everything was perfect from booking, to arriving, my stay, and departure. So simple and easy. The place was as beautiful as the pictures. You could see someone’s amazing handy work was put into this tiny home. So quiet and peaceful with everything you could possibly need just around the corner. My host was always responsive and quick to act if anything was needed. My co-host was an amazing, caring person with a big heart. I can’t thank you both enough for making my stay over the top best experience ever. Best wishes!

upon arrival there was an accidental water problem which the host took care of immediately. the place is as described, it's quaint very clean Oasis I love the inside of the dwelling as well as the outside. had wonderful outdoor lights which were on a timer and fence and area for our pets. I would return to this location.

This place was very cozy and clean! There were a lot of cute touches both in the decor as well as in terms of functional items. It was very fun to stay in a tiny home and see how to make a small space work! Colt was incredibly communicative and made sure to check up on things consistently throughout the stay to make sure everything was going well, and I greatly appreciate it. The location is also quiet yet close to the loop that will take you just about anywhere in town. It's a great stay!

Perfectly situated in Abilene, easy access to everything you need. Very peaceful, quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything you need. 2 grocery stores less than a mile away and short walk or drive to good restaurants and shopping. The Tiny home has private access and easy parking and is well lit. Very cozy feel, comfortable with all the amenities I needed. I couldn't be happier, this private nest was perfect for my trip, 5 nights in Abilene close to Christmas. I will definitely be staying again if it is available for next trip. Colt was very informative and helpful, all the instructions were prompt and complete, I never a single issue.
